Industrial Scaffold Services L.P. is a Western Canadian 24-hour based scaffold provider. Our comprehensive services include scaffold labour, supply, and rental with additional services including Confined Space Entry Watch, Rescue (Confined Space and High Angle), Environmental Containment, Insulation, Ventilation, Engineering, Training, and Safety Documentation.
We are headquartered in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, British Columbia with major locations throughout Western Canada including Vancouver, Kamloops, Trail, Prince George, Fort St. John, Grande Prairie, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Calgary, Esterhazy and The Pas.
Our communities’ involvement is integral to the growth of our company and the success of our clients. We have built strong community ties by volunteering with various charities, fortifying agreements with indigenous groups and utilizing local suppliers.

PRESIDENT
Brian Parton
Brian began his career at ISSL in 2006 as Operations Manager and was appointed President in 2018. With over 32 years of scaffold experience, and taking an ownership stake in the business from the beginning, he has been an integral partner in ISSL’s development. He has helped expand and guide the business into one of the most trusted scaffold providers in Western Canada.
With decades of experience in both Field Work and Leadership, Brian continues to play a key role in growing the business, solidifying a trusted supply chain, customer relations and sales leadership. Brian continually strives to build a reputation as an exceptional and trustworthy professional.
Ladysmith, British Columbia, is where Brian and his wife Patti call home. Their two daughters have both left the nest and they are the proud grandparents to their first grandchild who resides in England; they make sure to never miss their family facetime call every Sunday. When Brian is not working, he enjoys riding his bike, golfing, and playing tennis. Brian and his family also share a big passion for camping.
Bryan Kereluke
Joining our team in the fall of 2017, Bryan is our Chief Financial Officer and operates out of our head office in Nanaimo, B.C.
Bryan obtained his Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, and began his professional career in Edmonton, Alberta where he practiced full-cycle accounting and tax for a broad range of clients across several industries. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and tax management, Bryan’s resume speaks for itself. He has worked with teams across Western Canada and was an integral part of the operational management teams which focused on creating value through acquisitions and strategic initiatives. Advancing his career, Bryan joined a high-growth publicly traded private equity company where he served as the corporate controller. Bryan has extensive experience working with management teams to grow and improve businesses as well as complying with financial reporting requirements.
Bryan moved from Calgary, Alberta to Nanaimo, BC in the fall of 2017. He lives in Nanaimo together with his wife, two children and two cats. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys the great outdoors and loves exploring the island together with his family.
Kim Green
Since the summer of 2006, Kim has been an integral part of ISSL and is currently our Director of Office Operations, based out of our Head Office in Nanaimo, B.C.
Kim started as our bookkeeper and was promoted to Office Manager in 2013. In 2017 she took on the role of Director of Office Operations. On a daily basis, Kim ensures the operations and administrative functions of Head Office runs fluently and coordinates business and communications between all of our offices. Kim plays a crucial role in establishing and keeping great working relationships with our clients, built on transparency, accountability, and trust.
Kim was born and raised in nearby Duncan, British Columbia, where she still resides together with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Kim supports her children in their local and competitive sports. She is also keeping up her competitive involvement in Ten-Pin Bowling. A keen gardener and camper, Kim loves staying active and spending time with friends and family. She is often involved in event fundraisings throughout Vancouver Island.
Neil Doherty
For over 20 years, Neil has been a key component of the ISSL team. Starting his career as scaffolder, Neil quickly advanced to a Regional Manager, operating out of Kamloops, B.C, and has since grown into his current role as the Director of Operations for Central B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Neil has excelled in helping develop the reputation for safe, quality service in the interior and prairie regions over the past 3 years.
Neil has a wealth of experience managing projects across the Pulp and Paper, Mining, and Oil and Gas industries and is responsible for leading the day to day operations within his region. His passion for safety and customer service is a key factor in our success.
Together with his wife and two kids, Neil resides in Kamloops, British Columbia. In his spare time, Neil enjoys spending time with his family skiing, hiking and snowshoeing at Sunpeaks. Neil shares his passion for sports with both his kids at the soccer field, hockey rink and golf course.
Curt Brown
As a second-generation scaffolder, and after 16 years, Curt continues to maintain his role as a fundamental contributor to the ISSL team. Curt completed his Journeyman certification in 2010 through the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and holds a degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University. In his current role as Vice President and Director of Operations for Vancouver Island, Lower Mainland & the Yukon, he operates out of Head Office in Nanaimo, British Columbia.
Curt is responsible for helping drive company growth and ensuing our culture of safety and efficiency makes us better partners, employers and community members. Curt focuses on building and maintaining relationships, and strongly believes ones based around honesty, integrity and hard work are what make ISSL the #1 company clients want to use.
Curt resides in Nanaimo, British Columbia with his wife Elena, and his 2 children. In his time outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing and spending time with family. To give back to the community, Curt and ISSL have actively participated in CIBC’s run for the cure, sponsored local sports organizations and donated to groups such as the United Way and our local union training centers.
Gillan Jacques
Gillan has been an essential member of the ISSL team for over 12 years. As our Director of Operations for Northern B.C. and The Peace Region, operating out of the Fort St. John office, he has been instrumental in driving business growth in Northern BC and Alberta.
With over 20 years of field experience in Oil and Gas, Pulp & Paper and Mining industries, Gillan is passionate about building a trusted reputation as a high-quality partner for our clients. He is keenly focused on creating a safe workplace and superior scaffolding products. In his role he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, customer relations, business development and cost management of the Northern BC & Alberta regions.
Residing in Fort St. John with his wife and daughter, Gillan enjoys a traditional lifestyle including small scale farming for self-reliance, music, and a multitude of outdoor activities. Making the Peace Region home since 2010, Gillan, his family and ISSL plan on staying in the north for years to come.
Rod Broadhurst
Rod has been with ISSL for 22 years. He is currently our Logistics Manager, based out of our Head Office in Nanaimo, BC. He has held the position of Logistics Manager since 2014.
Rod is an integral member of the team. His experience includes 20 years as a Scaffolder, 14 years as a Carpenter, and 10 years as a truck driver.
Rod resides in Ladysmith, British Columbia, with his wife. He likes hiking on Vancouver Island and enjoying a cold beer on the weekends on the patio.
Boyd Heudes
Boyd joined Industrial Scaffold Services in 2018 as BC Insulation Manager and is currently our Director of Operations -Insulation Division.
Boyd has 15 years of experience in the Industrial Insulation Industry. Many of those years were managing various projects across British Columbia and building strong client relations. He is very passionate and Knowledgeable about all aspects of his trade and focuses on providing all ISS clients with the best Insulation product, along with superior and efficient abatement services. His dedication has been a key part to the success, growth, and continuous safety in our Insulation Division.
After spending many of his years on Vancouver Island, Boyd now resides in Fort St. John. He enjoys spending time with his son and coming back to the island to go fishing whenever the opportunity presents itself. An adventurer and avid traveler he loves exploring new places.
